Billing and Administrative Coordinator

**Job Purpose**
The Billing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting financial and operational processes within the organization.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Set up and manage new business partners in SAP, including collection trade references and recording credit information
- Process, file, and manage purchase orders efficiently
- Perform a variety of accounts receivable functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, posting deposits, creating credit memos, handling collections and follow-ups, resolving billing issues, and issuing account statements
- Receive, organize, and maintain operational paperwork and documentation
- Create and manage job entries in SAP
- Assist with additional administrative duties and tasks as required to support the team
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma Required
- Post-secondary diploma in Accounting/Finance an asset
- Previous experience in billing and accounts receivable required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP Business One considered an asset
- General knowledge of ERP systems an asset
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Excellent attention to detail
