**What we’re looking for**:
Due to our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a reliable, highly organized and self-driven individual to join our team and provide support to our group of professional financial advisors. As the Mortgage Fulfillment Administrator, this individual will primarily work under the direction of the brokerage owner and be responsible for the following:

- Conducting client intake and opening client files;
- Inputting, extracting and analyzing data and downloading and submitting documentation using various online platforms;
- Ensuring all compliance requirements and approval conditions are met for all mortgage files;
- Maintaining an organized file storage system (paper and electronic)
- Collecting and reviewing client documents and implementing effective follow up processes;
- Drafting correspondence and preparing approval packages, forms and other types of documentation;
- Receiving client phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately;
- Booking client meetings, maintaining a schedule, and greeting clients/guests as they enter the office;
- Other administrative duties, as required.

**Who we need**:

- Previous experience providing administrative support preferred;
- Experience working in the finance industry and familiarity with financial terms and processes is not required, but considered an asset;
- Graduate of a business administration, accounting or other relevant program considered an asset;
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly;
- Detail-oriented and superior organizational skills;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle and respond to conflicting deadlines and multiple changing priorities at one time;
- Critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and superb follow-through;
- Takes initiative and able to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as be a cooperative member of a team;
- Fast learner with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and exercises discretion to ensure confidential information is handled appropriately;
- Has a high level of trust and integrity;
- Passionate about helping others and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service;
- Known for a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.
