We are seeking a responsible **Contracts and Operations Administrator** to join our team at our Regional Office in Dartmouth, NS. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with the Atlantic Region team in the identification of business opportunities and the various tasks involved in submitting proposals; preparing and managing service contracts; along with the day-to-day support to the operations teams. The position has an attractive salary and benefits package for individuals who are driven to be part of our dynamic Atlantic team.
**Responsibilities**
**Contract administration**
- Reviewing GDI’s website database for business opportunities
- Identifying relevant opportunities to senior management
- Writing and submitting proposals
- Ensuring all deadlines and conditions for RFPs and tenders are met.
- Preparing service contracts for clients and business partners
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records and contracts.
**Operations Support**
- Facilitate and manage work orders between our clients and operations teams.
- Gather required information from operations teams to file reports for our clients.
- Maintain and manage databases of security records for employees and contractors.
- Fulfil general office administrative functions as required.
- Team player that works closely with and helps support other members of the Admin team.
**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Contract Administrator, or relevant role
- Strong functional knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent writing skills
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
