**Responsibilities**:

- Be an executive driver, business builder, and mentor.
- Build a strong team by recruiting, training, and motivating them to succeed.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities through cold calls and networking.
- Develop a lead generation plan using digital, social media and other platforms to drive the growth of the company.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share, and align sales targets with our business goals.
- To further develop and grow our innovative and forward-thinking financial services company through partnerships and acquisitions across Canada.
- Lead research and development of new marketing programs, new products, videos, advertising and promotion.

**Your Background**:

- Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, or economics preferred - equivalent experience accepted.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English, speaking other languages is an asset.
- Master negotiator.
- Inspiring, self-starter, hands-on leader and influencer with a can-do personality.
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google ads, social media platforms and various digital marketing platforms and CRMs.
- Organized and focused.
- Strong knowledge of the finance field, mortgages, and banking.
- Proven track record to be able to work with customers from across Canada, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, or religion.
- Throughout your career, you foster positive relationships, effectively deal with adversity, take responsibility for your mistakes and above all you are honest and transparent and easy to work with.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask and juggle many projects at the same time and can handle work pressure.

**Job Type**:
Full-time, Permanent.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $75,000.00 **PLUS.**:

- Yearly Sales Performance Bonus.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9 am-5:30 pm (and to be available during evenings and weekends)
