This Financial Services company provides consumers with one convenient platform to solve all their mortgage needs. With Canada's largest selection of mortgages available in one marketplace, 8Twelve's proprietary cloud platform, INFIN8, utilizes real-time analytics and AI to reduce approval times and identify the best financing solution. The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Salary**: $83,000 to $90,000 (To be Negotiated)

LANGUAGE

**EDUCATION**
- Completed College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law or any related field.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 4 years' of experience in Compliance within the financial services industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance, training and support on regulatory policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and keep up to date with regulatory developments and communicate changes or updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct internal audits, assessments, and investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and access compliance risks, create and maintain compliance risk management programs.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and ensure all requested information is provided within established timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential compliance issues related to new products, services or technologies.

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- knowledge of federal and provincial regulatory bodies, requirements, and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience designing and implementing policies and procedures.
