FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Monday-Friday (in office)

Busy mortgage brokerage is seeking a dynamic, motivated, full-time receptionist/administrative assistant to work out of our North Vancouver office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering phones and handling efficient client communication
- Maintaining the daily cleanliness and office environment
- Assisting the brokerage owners with personal assistant tasks as required
- Responsible for scheduling and calendar organization for the brokerage owners and brokerage
- Handling and assisting with documentation, compliance, and client files
- Implementing administrative processes
- Performing basic data entry as required
- Researching and implementing administrative processes to assist the brokerage
- Arranging and attending meetings as required
- Assisting with marketing campaigns (seasonal mailouts, newsletters, party planning, etc.)
- Running monthly CRM reports and contacting clients to assist with mortgage lead origination, maturies, annual mortgage reviews, etc.

Experience
- 2 years in a comparable role
- Proficient in Excel

Pay: $16.75-$30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
