**About the Role**

Are you ready for the 8Twelves 8-step process, this is your opportunity to reach great heights 8Twelve is looking for MOTIVATED Inside Mortgage Agents who can manage multiple deals while nurturing and developing relationships Working alongside our Mortgage Underwriters to help fund deals.

In this role, you are experienced with advising and evaluating deals to maximize compatibility with clients' needs, deliver exceptional response times, and increase efficiency within the process.

**A snapshot of a typical week**:

- Successfully achieve sales results, while collaborating with 8Twelve partners
- Provide advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual need
- Proactively seek business opportunities and new customers through relationship building within the community and personal network
- Identify mortgage needs, provide advice and client solutions, determine applicant viability and provide quotes and rates as appropriate
- Perform due diligence on all underwriting-related documentation
- Create a detailed conditions list from Mortgage Commitment and cross-reference all supporting documents received.
- Prepare Signature and Compliance packages
- Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients' preferences

- **Experienced**. **To succeed in this role we're asking for:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent
- 3+ years of Sales experience
- Mortgage Agent License required
- **A problem solver.** Proven problem solving-skills and agility to anticipate and table any task assigned
- **A skilled prioritizer.** Ability to understand and prioritize workflow priorities while taking initiative to begin, track, and complete tasks and/or projects
- **A strong communicator.** Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A proven track record of sales through effective communication over the phone
- You speak Farsi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, Arabic (good to have)
- **Proficient with technology.** The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a Mac-based environment using multiple software platforms such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Docs
- **One to get the job done.** Flexible to work outside of core business hours when needed
