**Overview**

**Duties**

**Manage and execute the order fulfilment process**:

- Working with the Operations, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams (for both Ingredients and Extracts) to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assembling, with a keen eye to accuracy, all information required to fulfill customer orders
- Creating, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for your role
- Modifying or adjusting customer and/or sales information in Blue Sky's Customer Relationship Management System as needed
- Managing Order fulfillment of Shopify website

**Administrative Duties**
- Sign visitors in/out of the facility
- Proactively performing standard administrative duties (filing, general organization, etc.)
- Sample preparation and shipments

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in an administrative, customer service, or order fulfillment role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, Quality Assurance).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Hubspot preferred but can be trained).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail for assembling accurate order information and maintaining SOPs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or shipping processes (preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
