**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Oversee daily office activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Support funeral homes in the province with claims and customer inquiries.
- Assist clients with premium payments and customer service inquiries.
- Implement effective organizational strategies to enhance productivity within the office environment.
- Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Data entry for new clients and sales agents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Bring a friendly and fun attitude to our great team of existing staff.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
