Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Supervise and train office staff, including front desk clerks and administrative assistants
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist accounting Dept., HR and Maintenance as needed**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide effective leadership
- Knowledge of training development techniques is a plus

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
