**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Data Specialist to join our team at Primacorp Ventures Inc. As a Data Specialist, your role encompasses the analysis of electronic data to extract valuable insights, making use of advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate data effectively.
Additionally, you will provide essential support to the Strategy & Business Development Team, engaging in market research and analysis and gain a comprehensive understanding of our market landscape. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving informed decision-making within our organization. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Director of Strategy & Business Development and is based in our New Westminster, BC office.
**What will you do?**
- **Excel Expertise**:Utilize your MS Excel proficiency, focusing on advanced skills in pivot tables, formulas, graphs, and reporting to provide valuable data-driven insights.
- **Data Management**:Handle data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to ad hoc management projects with a specific emphasis on admissions.
- **Meeting Support**: Attend meetings, ensuring clear and efficient communication by taking comprehensive notes/minutes.
- **Lead Management**:Utilize the Lead Centre to oversee program conversion per month per Admission Advisor.
- **Assign Leads**:Efficiently allocate leads to admission advisors, streamlining the process.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- **Data Analysis**:As a Data Specialist, you will analyze, collect, sort, and create testable electronic data and information systems.
- **Data Quality**: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and quality of data.
- **Reporting**:You will compile data reports, design new databases, and perform data audits.

- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and market research in the field.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on results, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
