**The Role**:
The role comes with a total compensation package comprised of an annual salary from _**$60,000 to $70,000**_, quarterly bonus potential, health, dental & insurance benefits, a wellness spending account, and a Company RRSP matching program.

The **IT Specialist** will be responsible for managing our company’s network, overseeing Microsoft 365, and implementing process automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Teams. This role requires strong knowledge in Power BI and the Microsoft Framework to support our data and analytics needs. Additionally, the IT Specialist will travel to our locations to provide direct IT support as needed, ensuring seamless and reliable IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Network Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure connectivity across all locations.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Data Analytics with Power BI: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Setup & Documentation: Establish and document internal processes, best practices, and workflows to support IT and end-users.
- Onsite IT Support: Travel to various company locations as needed to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot issues, and implement IT solutions directly.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in network management and administration.
- Expertise with Power BI, including dashboard and report creation.
- Proven experience in setting up and documenting internal processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel to company locations to provide onsite IT support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to IT management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
