Job Description: Administration Coordinator

**Duties**:
1. Manage ASA Discipline.
2. To support both the Referee program.
3. To support key strategic initiatives, as assigned by the Executive Director.

Working Conditions:

- The Administration Coordinator usually works in an office environment, but the position will require travel throughout Alberta.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- The Competition Administrator works a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to oversee Competitions.
- Hours of Work Averaging Agreement will be utilized to manage working hours, as agreed upon by the Executive Director.

**Note: This is a full-time position and compensation will be reflective of experience.**

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6E 6S4
