Position Description

**FIT4LESS PROJECT SPECIALIST***:
**Who is a Project Specialist?**

The role of the Project Specialist is to support the Fit4Less Operations Team. This role is responsible to plan, coordinate, communicate, track, execute, and evaluate projects to assist operational standards and goals. The Project Specialist ensures project success and consistency across the organization.**
**What will you be doing?**

Uses proper Project Management practice, plans, schedules, organizes, and executes assigned projects from start to finish in accordance to meet schedule, specifications, and budget objectives.
- Ensures that assigned projects are executed in a manner that considers the financial impact and the long-term profitability of the Fit4Less Brand.
- Works directly with the owner of the assigned project/tasks.
- Identifies risks, closes gaps, and addresses those risks with the project owner.
- Oversees multiple projects at any given time.

Provides clear objectives, meeting agendas, and quality meeting notes with follow-up action items (as needed) to ensure a high level of communication amongst the team. Books and facilitates project meetings, documents action items, and records notes.
- Ensures action items are completed and follows up with team members as required to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Creates, maintains, organizes, and keeps up-to-date all information relating to projects.

Ensures proper delivery and implementation of projects and initiatives across the organization.
- Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and executing changes at each stage of implementation.
- Identifies roadblocks and resolves issues with the appropriate business area for resolution.
- Develops, maintains, and coordinates the delivery of required training materials, ensuring the appropriate resources are available as required.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Pursuing PMP Certification
- 2 years of Project Coordination experience
- Hands-on experience managing projects
- Standard Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
