BMW London is currently recruiting a **BMW Sales Specialist** to sell both brands in our New and Pre-Owned Sales departments.

If you are a performance-driven individual with strong utilization of social media platforms and have a strong passion and desire to succeed in a competitive and rewarding sales environment, then we would love to speak with you about this new opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW a dynamic experience and being the main point of contact for your customers
- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures and achieving assigned volume and gross profit targets
- Create videos/content and, with the assistance of the Marketing Department, edit and upload to all sites
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the BMW vehicle inventory and their competitors to deliver strong product presentations and demonstration drives
- Detailing your customer follow-up notes, preparation of paperwork and files, and follow through with a world class vehicle delivery experience
- Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction
- Automotive sales experience not required but will be considered an asset
- valid OMVIC license required
- Covid-19 vaccination required ( minimum two shots)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
