La persona que ocupe el puesto se despeñará como apoyo a las tareas asignadas a la Sección Consular de la Embajada de México en Canadá, así como en el área de atención a la comunidad mexicana en Canadá. Adicionalmente apoyará en la logística para la realización de reuniones internas, eventos con la comunidad mexicana y culturales.

**Requisitos para el puesto**:

- Ser residente permanente o tener la nacionalidad canadiense, o bien, tener permiso de trabajo vigente.
- Español avanzado e inglés intermedio-avanzado (francés deseado, pero no esencial).
- Manejo de paquetería de Windows y conocimientos generales de computación.
- Experiência mínima un año en labores similares, incluyendo atención al público.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Contar con licencia para conducir

**Tareas y responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar en las labores de atención al público, incluyendo Jornadas Sabatinas y/o Consulados Móviles.
- Apoyar en las labores de atención a la comunidad mexicana en Canadá, incluyendo:

- Elaboración de propuestas de actividades de integración.
- Desarrollo de actividades de apoyo al Instituto de los Mexicanos en el Exterior.
- Coordinar la convocatoria de reuniones con la comunidad y seguimiento a los resultados.
- Elaboración y actualización de directorios de contactos y bases de datos.
- Seguimiento de las actividades y peticiones que se reciben de la comunidad.
- Diseñar y editar contenido multimedia sobre las iniciativas comunitarias para su publicación y difusión en redes sociales
- Elaborar informes reglamentarios encomendados a las tareas de la Sección Consular, incluyendo servicios consulares y el Instituto de los Mexicanos en el Exterior.
- Atender correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas que se reciban en la Sección Consular
- Diseñar propuestas de mensajes y campañas informativas para redes sociales, invitaciones y otros materiales relacionados.
- Apoyar en tareas administrativas (escaneo de documentos, archivar, inventarios, entre otras)

**Job Description**:
The person filling this position will provide support for tasks assigned to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Mexico in Canada, engaging with the Mexican community in Canada. Additionally, they will assist in logistics for internal meetings, events with the Mexican community, and cultural events.

Requirements for the Position:

- Permanent resident or Canadian citizen, or with valid work permit.
- Advanced Spanish and intermediate-advanced English (French desired, but not essential).
- Proficiency in Windows software and general computer knowledge.
- Minimum one year of experience in similar roles, including customer service.
- Immediate availability.
- Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist in customer service tasks, including Saturday sessions and/or Mobile Consulates.
- Support tasks related to the Mexican community in Canada, including:

- Proposing integration activities.
- Developing activities to support the Institute of Mexicans Abroad.
- Coordinating community meetings and monitoring outcomes.
- Create and update contact directories and databases.
- Follow up on activities and requests received from the community.
- Design and edit multimedia content regarding community initiatives for publication and distribution on social media.
- Prepare regulatory reports assigned to the Consular Section, including consular services and the Instituto de los Mexicanos en el Exterior.
- Design proposals for messages and informational campaigns for social media, invitations, and other related materials.
- Assist in administrative tasks (document scanning, filing, inventories, among others).
