Office Coordinator

We are currently searching for a dynamic Office Coordinator, to join DNEG & ReDefine Office Team located in Toronto.

Reporting to the Head of Office Services, the incumbent will be responsible to provide support to this department. This position is 100% from the office.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Giving feedback to employees and answering questions.
- Maintaining and improving relations with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Using software and equipment specific to the industry.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and team members.
- Help in planning office parties, awards ceremonies, and other company-related functions.
- Making sure everyone at the office follows the company’s budget, preparing Purchase Orders and Expense reports, liaising with the Finance team.
- Creating schedules and assigning tasks for the runners.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Any other related task.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree in Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and facility to learn new software.
- Ability to work without supervision.
