**Your Opportunity**:
This position will support operations of the Child, Youth, and Family - Central Zone Red Deer Addictions and Mental Health portfolio in an advanced Administrative Support capacity. This position will be located out of the Red Deer Step Up Step Down building which will be found at the brand-new Centre of Excellence The position will support the following: timekeeping, programs, coverage for Administrative Support desk through the program during absences, provide daily operational support for the Children’s AMH Administrative Support Team, the Managers, and Director. This position will also hold a key responsibility of being a Staffing Liaison for multiple programs as needed. Supervision and Leadership will be provided within the AMH Children’s portfolio as required. A high degree of adaptability, flexibility, and ability to be creative and innovative with a keen eye for detail is required in this position. Some flexibility in hours may be required during high volume times. This is an onsite position.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years Administrative Support experience or 3 years in an advanced administrative support role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with AHS timekeeping software (both e-People and Workforce ESP) procedures and having the Staffing Liaison course/access is considered an asset. Experience with Addiction & Mental Health population is considered an asset. Experience in a Leadership/Supervision role and manager support is considered an asset.
