QUALIFICATIONS
- High school Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- A friendly and client-driven attitude.
- The ability to handle all communications in a courteous and professional way with stylists/technicians, clients, and vendors.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs.
Front Desk Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain the salon services and provide information to clients.
- Learn how to correctly book appointments and work with stylists/technicians's specific needs.
- Manage all communication outlets
- Answer phone calls and return all messages in a timely manner
- Assist clients in person with scheduling and point of sale retail products
- Provide exceptional client service
- Anticipate the needs of clients and stylists/technicians and assist whenever needed.
- Perform administrative duties in a timely manner
- Duties include stocking retail shelves, accepting packages, creating/maintaining documents, and keeping the reception/waiting area clean.
- Work closely with stylists/technicians to ensure correctly scheduled appointments and maximum schedule efficiency.

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
