This position will touch on all on-going operations of the company and will be reporting directly to the owners of the company. This is a new position, and the company will be making necessary changes to its operation to run seamlessly with the help of the right person in this position.

The office manager will take care of the day-to-day office operations, bookkeeping entries and help coordinate general administration of our ongoing projects, bookkeeping and related tasks.

The bookkeeping aspect of the work will be to organize the paperwork and update them on QuickBooks, monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing monthly reports if necessary. Basic training will be provided and knowledge of QBO and bookkeeping basics is a strong asset.

- You have experience working with a small or medium sized team
- You understand the basics of bookkeeping & accounting or have worked with QuickBooks in the past
- You are detail oriented and a team player
- It is an asset if you have worked with sales and accounting teams in previous roles
- Understand the needs of clients

**Contract**:
This is a permanent full-time position

Total hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $38,000.00 per year
- $40,000 per year based on experience
