**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Quickbooks required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in Entertainment Bookkeeping is a BIG asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Entries in Quickbooks
- Manage day-to-day books in Quickbooks
- Matching and preparing paperwork
- Assist in managing accounts payable
- Process invoices and make sure they are paid on time
- Assist in managing accounts receivable
- Review bank statements for accuracy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $15.50-$26.00 per hour
