**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:
Postings in QBO
Project costing
Maintain PO system
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Able to complete payroll and post invoices when Jr Bookkeeper is away
Cashflow projections
KPI reports
Onboarding new employees
Performance evaluations
Disciplinary actions if required
Various administrative duties such as scanning, ordering coffee supplies, basic clean up, organizing files
Assist in safety organization for the company
Assist with social media and website maintenance as required
Coordinate with homeowners for photography of completed projects
Bank deposits
Permit submissions and pick ups
**Qualifications**:
A minimum 5 years in bookkeeping
Experience in the construction industry a benefit but not required
Strong excel skills
Human Resources Experience
