**Manager’s Message**

As a member of the People & Engagement team this role is actively involved with benefits and payroll for Aptum employees within 3 regions, US, UK and Canada.

**How** **do you become an integral part of the team?**
- On-time and accurate preparation of payroll and administration of benefits (Insurance and retirement programs), across Canadian, US and UK regions.
- Inclusive of new hires; terminations; changes; variable pay components.
- Act as a point of contact for any employee questions related to payroll, benefits and retirement plans.
- Administer any changes related to benefits for Canadian employees within vendor portal.
- Troubleshoot any issues through ADP WFN customer support team.
- Maintain ADP WFN with new hires, changes, terminations and all other admin tasks as required.
- Liaise with the People & Engagement team to ensure proper communication of employee changes and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, provincial, and federal and regional wage and labour laws and maintain current knowledge for each region.
- Support special ad-hoc projects as applicable.
- Support Manager, Payroll, Benefits and Retirement with any additional tasks

**What you have to offer aptum**
- Certification of Payroll Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with payroll, benefits and retirement administration. UK experience an asset.
- Experience working with ADP WFN an asset
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to change and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Absolute integrity and a high level of professionalism to handle the confidential aspects of the work involved
