A diversity of treatment program options are offered, including community inpatient intensive treatment, virtual intensive treatment, and outpatient continuing care and alumni programs. Due to the impact of addiction on families, specialized programs and support are offered for loved ones and family members, including children.

**About the position**:
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for processing full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration and providing day to day support in the Human Resources Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The position includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Processing full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll
- Processing hires, changes, terminations, bonus and other payments
- Benefits administration - Enrollments, Changes and Reconciliations
- Ensuring accuracy of hours worked by employees
- Verifying the accuracy of payroll inputted data
- Drafting general forms, letters, reports, and memos as required
- Works cross functionally with the Finance team on HR matters that affect payroll (e.g., new employee documentation, benefits, ROEs, etc.).
- Respond to questions from employees on a wide variety of HR, benefits and payroll matters and escalates serious matters to HR Manager for resolution as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
- PCP designation is considered an asset
- Sound understanding of payroll and HR principles
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quick response to shifting needs and able to manage multiple operational priorities and tasks.
- System and process-oriented with strong computer skills and attention to detail
