Olds, Canada Stoutenberg & Company Full time

Stoutenberg & Company* is a public accounting firm with offices in Olds and Stettler. We are currently looking for a full-time office administrator to join our team in Olds.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- General administrative duties (filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, mail)
- Managing schedules and booking meetings
- Sending invoices, statements and taking payments
- Administrative support to management include handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Printing and eFiling personal and corporate returns
- Work experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- The ability to prioritize workload and multitask

Job Specifics:

- Full-time position based out of the Olds office (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, overtime during tax season)
- Salary based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Olds, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
