**Sales Operations Analyst**
A Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Global Sales Operations Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and optimizing the sales process within an organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to own the commission calculation, CRM data accuracy and improve sales related processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously review and improve the sales process to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement within the sales cycle and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement best practices and standardized processes.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the sales team with CRM usage.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support the development and maintenance of sales collateral and resources.
- Provide training and onboarding support for sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Commission & Compensation Calculation
- Monthly calculation of commissions and compensation.
- Collaborate with Finance for accounting and forecasting of commissions and compensation for the sales team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
