**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze various datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, with a focus on finance and productivity metrics.
- Lead projects to automate repetitive data analysis and reporting tasks, enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs, particularly in financial contexts.
- Develop, maintain, and refine reports and dashboards to monitor key financial metrics.
- Work closely with IT to implement automation tools and streamline processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in all reports and analyses.
- Utilize data analysis to provide recommendations for business decisions, with an emphasis on financial implications and productivity improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate understanding of financial principles and productivity metrics.
- Experience in data automation is an asset.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
