**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they start working with us. You will be the welcoming face of RCT, guiding clients through the onboarding process, communicating project details, and ensuring they feel supported and valued as new partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they fully understand the projects we’re undertaking and how best to engage with our support services.
- **Project Management**: Plan, schedule, and coordinate onboarding activities, keeping all stakeholders informed and on track.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting follow-up meetings and calls to ensure their needs are met and they’re satisfied with our services.
- **Technical Assistance**: With a basic technical understanding, assist with implementing onboarding tasks at client sites, following SOPs and ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Process Improvement**: During non-onboarding periods, tasks are not limited to: take initiative in improving processes, creating SOPs, conducting client reviews, managing ticket distribution, and supporting other areas such as business development representative tasks.
- **Networking & Events**: Represent RCT at local networking events, actively engaging with the community and building connections.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
