**About the Role**:
As our **People Operations Specialist**, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, playing a vital role in supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. From welcoming new hires and building engagement initiatives to managing HR policies and supporting talent acquisition, you’ll ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and equipped for success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the go-to resource for employee relations, ensuring every interaction is supportive, empathetic, and aligned with our core values.
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs that make new hires feel at home while setting them up for success.
- Drive recruitment efforts, ensuring our growing team is made up of exceptional talent.
- Support performance management processes, from coordinating reviews to championing employee development.
- Administer benefits, maintain HR compliance, and ensure accurate data management.
- Collaborate on exciting HR projects to enhance processes, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

**What You Bring**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally as a generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment standards, and HRIS systems.
- Proven recruitment and onboarding expertise.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A passion for building positive relationships and supporting a thriving workplace culture.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
