Salary:
$28.00 per hour (hourly paid, paid bi-weekly)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fuel Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fuel to our client base in a timely fashion within a designated area. This includes fueling up fleets, heavy equipment machinery, generators, complete bulk tank drops, and trains. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer demands, often working independently or as part of a team to complete your route for the day. Daily vehicle inspections and accurate documentation are also essential responsibilities.
You will use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being dispensed from the truck. We offer a comprehensive training program, referral bonuses, sales lead bonuses, vacation entitlement, RRSP match program, employee family assistance program (EFAP), life insurance, company uniform, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Minimum Class 3A license with manual experience
- Flexible to work weekends and/or holidays when required. Overtime is offered to those who are willing to work extended and flexible hours
- Enjoy outdoor physical work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service
- Experience working in an environment where there is minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable with onboard computer technology
- Must have a safety and compliance mindset
