We are looking to fill a temporary position for an employment term to March 2024 with opportunity for full time employment.

Coordinating office activities and company information in a central location by completing a range of clerical tasks. On any day of the week, they may perform the following tasks:

- Coordinate in-coming calls
- Receiving visitors
- Shipping and Receiving
- Coordinate Meetings & Conference calls. Reset meeting rooms
- Ordering Kitchen and Office Supplies
- Assist with coordinating Company Events & Training
- Assist with coordinating Advertising & Marketing
- Assist with Data Entry
- Assist with Project Administration
- Maintain Company calendars
- Process Time off requests
- Create Weekly Memos & Announcements
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Maintain website and advertisements
- Maintain office templates & forms
- Filing

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, locating information, and Computer use.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Records Management & Office Administration experience an asset.
- Architectural Industry knowledge an asset.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5N 3W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
