**About the On-Premise National Field Activation Manager, Jägermeister Role**
The role of the National Field Activation Manager, Jägermeister, is to oversee the On Premise and Retail marketing programs across Canada. This role will lead a team of On Premise and Retail focused employees across BC, Ontario and Quebec, with the objective to deliver superior sales performance on all Jägermeister brand programming in market. This role will lead the planning, roll out and execution of national Jägermeister sales / brand programs, working together with the PMA Sales Team and Key Account Managers. This role includes strong interaction with the PMA and Jägermeister leadership teams, while providing excellent communication and ensuring effective account management across all provinces.
**Key Deliverables**
**Commercial Brand Planning & Results**
- Contributes towards On-Premise and Retail components of annual Brand Plans, supporting the Marketing Manager
- Building national commercial programs with the Brand team and leading the launch of each program with PMA Sales
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing Managers and PMA Sales to execute our programs in-market to our brand standards
- This will be measured by brand depletions (sales) and market share
**Support the Sales Team**
- Lead the ordering, creation and allocation of all On Premise and Retail support tools, including Point of Sale materials, as well as our Jägermeister Cooling Devices
- Work together with PMA Sales and Key Accounts to have a pulse on the market needs, as you will be the team’s resident sales expert, having a pulse on what is going on for sales in each market.
**Field Activation Team Leadership**
- Manage and provide guidance to the three regional Jägermeister Field Activation Manager direct reports
- Employ best practice and local strategies across the team of Field Activation Managers in order to foster brand advocacy, winning over the bar trade and consumer influencers
**Report Regularly on Progress and Outcomes**
- Lead monthly progress reports on sales programs by market
- Consolidate activity reports from Regional Field Activation Managers
- Support the Senior Brand Manager with bi-weekly reporting
**Financial Management**
- Responsibly manage assigned budgets and expenditures within guidelines and procedures
- Understand sponsorship opportunities and communicate values as well as return on investment
- Timely submission of expense reports and activity costing estimates
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree in related field, preferably in Business administration or Marketing
- 3 - 5 years industry experience in a management position
- Keen knowledge of spirits business and its practices; extensive category knowledge is a definite plus
