**National Tendering Manager**

Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a **National Tendering Manager **to join our team. The **National Tendering Manager** will be to lead the inside sales efforts including internal review of Terms and conditions, Pre legal reviews, managing bidding portals and opportunities, and work close with Project managers and Business development managers of Opportunity tracking. Manage the team to meet specific objectives, continuously improving on success rates and reporting on results regularly, to key stakeholders.

**What will do you as the National Tendering Manager?**
- Handling inbound sales inquiries promptly and effectively, providing information, addressing queries, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Updating customer and prospect accounts in the CRM system (Netsuite) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained for effective sales management.
- Regularly reporting on sales activities, success rates, and results to key stakeholders, to keep them informed of progress and developments in their respective regions.
- Creating, targeting, and nurturing a select list of larger named accounts to drive revenue.
- Generating leads by gathering information from various sources such as websites, business directories, and other relevant platforms
- Research and identify potential sales targets.
- Supporting the team to meet specific objectives, including setting targets, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Following up on commercial leads obtained from trade shows and Spark Power Corp events, as well as following up on these leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conducting thorough reviews of terms and conditions, as well as pre-legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience **- 10+ years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Proven work experience as a representative in a commercial or industrial setting
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to successfully managing customer relationships
- Full understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Exhibit high integrity and the ability to communicate trust and authenticity in a selling situation
- Understand the value proposition of Spark Power Corp Ability to assist in the selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc)
