As a Manager, National Lender Relations you will be responsible for building client relationships for a portfolio of lenders, ensuring we provide the highest quality service for our partners. With your unique and intimate knowledge of the lenders processes, backend systems and their overall structure, you will be responsible to lead and oversee the successful implementation of new products and services as well as expansion of existing programs generating revenue and market share growth. You will manage relationships at all levels and proactively seek opportunities for growth, strengthen relationships, identify pain points and opportunities for improvements, as well as align appropriate solutions. You will create regular touchpoints with your lender partners and stakeholders to collaborate and create a strategy to strengthen and grow the business. In addition, your role is accountable to collaborate effectively with various internal and external partners to identify high risk or competitive situations and successfully launch and maintain existing programs.

HERE IS HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

- Develop and own lender relationships that allow the growth of current programs in addition to driving and introducing new product offerings to existing customers and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead and execute the successful implementation and maintenance of all RLS products to support lender business strategies by collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure that all items are delivered as scheduled. This includes developing lender operational reference material, facilitating new program training and development of reporting as required. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, to support training of lender customers in the field.
- Listen to customer needs and feedback to develop and execute action plans to ensure a high level of satisfaction is achieved, driving customer centricity and exceeding expectations.
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities to grow market share and further entrench into the lender relationship and ‘sell’ these to the lender customer. This includes sharing insights with external and internal stakeholders to develop further product and IT innovation to enhance further share of wallet with our lender customers
- Analyze processes, reporting metrics and lender insights to build strategies to create operational efficiencies, increased profitability and positive client impact through key relationships and enhancements to the product offering.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

- Post-secondary education from an accredited institution in business and/or law clerk/paralegal training
- Minimum 7-10 years related work experience within a mortgage, lending or real estate field
- Specialized knowledge of the practices, products, procedures, and technologies that are directly related to mortgage and real estate functions. Title insurance knowledge an asset.
- Proven project management skills with an emphasis on planning and organization and the ability to identify and influence change
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external). Bilingual an asset.
- Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain positive and successful professional relationships with a devotion to high quality customer service coupled with a creative problem-solving mindset
- Confident ability to make independent and sound business decisions
