**Tasks**:
**Position Objective**:**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Charging Infrastructure Program Management - Project Leadership for a variety of EV Charging topics including but not limited to:

- _Charging on the Road_: customer experience management with High-Power DC Charging networks, including B2B relationship management
- _Destination Charging_: Level 2 (AC) Destination Charging roll-out and communication strategy, operational guidance
- _Charging at Dealers:_ Support of Dealer Charging AC and DC charging roll-out and service and maintenance program(s)
- _Charging Services:_ Product management of customer experience (MyPorsche App), charging backend technology and vehicle integration (connected car platform)
- Vehicle Product Management of existing and upcoming Porsche electric vehicles:

- Launch co-ordination of new products and variants for the Canadian market. Including volume planning and options take-rate planning
- Collecting cross-departmental activities (i.e. sales, aftersales, training, PR, communications) to develop holistic strategy pre-launch
- Producing dealer-facing product information
- Internal _Subject Matter Expert (SME)_ for EV and charging topics:

- Informing marketing communications campaigns and content creation
- Working closely with training team to product dealer training content and strategy
- Supporting CRM and Call Centre teams engaged in direct customer communication on EV and Charging topics
- Develop and Facilitate collaboration, processes, presentations/deliverables as needed to achieve project objectives and tasks
- Collaboration with Porsche Cars North America on analogous projects and topics
- Collaboration with Porsche AG (Headquarters) representing Canadian customer needs and market specific requirements
- Produce periodic executive presentations for informational updates and/or alignment on major product and service decisions.
- Develop external facing content (i.e. product presentations and showcases)
- Develop, improve and maintain internal processes as needed to achieve project objectives (i.e. onboarding and operationalization of charging partners)
- Integrate EV and Charging projects within existing processes and technologies (I,e, e-commerce platforms, transaction management, navigation systems etc.
- Team management and professional development for two direct reports: Charging Product Specialist and Digital Products Specialist

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- University or College degree in Engineering, Business, Urban Planning, or related field

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of related automotive, technology, or related project experience
- Project management experience, preferably launching new physical/digital technologies
- Previous work experience in a cross-functional role preferred

**Knowledge**:

- Well-developed knowledge of the automotive industry in Canada
- Knowledge of electrical systems, electromagnetic principals and public energy distribution infrastructure required
- Knowledge of emerging mobility and technology trends required
- Knowledge of connected car and mobile telecommunications systems an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Bilingual English/French is an asset but not required
