**Coordinator, People Excellence**
The coordinator will work with the People Excellence team to advance elements of the People Strategy and service delivery model as part of day-to-day operations.
The position is accountable for delivering a broad range of People Excellence functions to support the team and various businesses.
The individual is responsible for data management, program administration reporting, and facilitating onboarding and orientation, offboarding, and program coordination. The role will be accountable for general administration and project support and coordination.
The individual personifies the brand behaviours of Lead, Innovate and Commit to Excellence. They are a role model who is highly motivated and a self-starter. They can think outside the box, work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to anticipate the needs of customers.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Support the People Excellence coordination and administration on the day-to-day tasks, programs and initiatives
- Accountable for facilitating employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding
- Administers and analyzes reports and dashboards that includes but is not limited to headcount, Employee Action Forms, Ovation program, Employee Engagement, Culture and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I)
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, reliability and consistency and coordinate information requests for internal and external auditors as required
- Prepare communications, presentations, and materials for training and other program initiatives
- Prepare confirmation of employment letters
- Maintain organizational charts in a timely manner
- Maintain People Excellence electronic directories, and files, such as the One Drive, Share Point
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings
- Prepare invoicing for approval and payment
- Prepare and update annual People Excellence documents
- Maintain employee files
**Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or equivalent role
- Experience in administration with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience coordinating departmental programs and initiatives for various businesses
- Diploma in Business Administration; Human Resources Management or related experience
- CHRP designation preferred
- A proven record of exceeding customer expectations
- A self-starter who pays meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to deliver on time and within deadlines
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Viso)

- Ability to act tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills

- Exceptional commitment to customer service with a strong sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of relevant HR legislation and the ability analyze data and trends to recommend opportunities for improvement
