**The impact you will have**:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in our Project Management Office. Acting as the face of Softchoice, you will be far more than a coordinator You will own the delivery of projects including customer communications, project coordination, team and vendor alignment and project billing. You will be accountable for positive customer satisfaction that may result in new opportunities with our customers. Along the way, you will solve problems, work through challenges, and plot the path to success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude for shifting priorities to meet the business needs.

Please note, this role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the office a minimum of twice a month.

**What you'll do**:

- Facilitate team meetings and work sessions.
- Provide project status reports and project status meeting updates.
- Manage project scope, resources and financials.
- Manage and communicate project risks and issues.
- Set, manage and deliver to project billing forecasting.
- Perform financial reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate project billing.
- Interact with a wide range of customers and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Use the ERP tool (Financial Force) to own the tasks of managing project end dates, financial milestones, project status, resource requests and timecard approvals.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Strong business communications to yield exceptional results from project kickoff to completion.
- Excellent business acumen and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail to confidently administer your portfolio.
- Knowledge of project financials and billings (understanding of Financial Force is an asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Completion of Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile).
- Knowledge of Agile project methodology is an asset.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment.

Notes:

- This position requires the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.
