**About the Opportunity**
As a Conveyance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of presale and resale real estate transactions. Working closely with Conveyance Coordinators, your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental to the smooth operation of our team. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be vital in this role.
**Duties and Responsibilities**- Reviews entry of presale purchase and sale agreements in AVESDO and Salesforce for legal compliance, accuracy and enforceability- Transmits contracts and deposits to lawyers- Sends deposit reminders and collects deposits from presale purchasers- Monitor and follow up on receipt of Amendments to Disclosure Statements- Processes MLS listings and sold reports- Collects and enters purchaser’s lawyer selections- Assists in execution of assignment agreements
**Education and Experience**- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role- Previous experience working in the real estate industry or a compliance role an asset
**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**- Meticulous and detail-oriented, you take pride in being accurate and thorough- Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.- Comfortable with changing priorities and with able to flex your work accordingly- Strong administrative and organizational skills that enable you to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and workflows simultaneously- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiar with other office software (Google Workspace and/or MS Office)- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly pre-sales, an asset
**Working Conditions**- Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano, and this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to work remotely
