**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate weekly sales reports and tracking support
- Work with the team on client procurement
- Design sales presentations and wrap reports
- Order entry of client contracts
- Assist with research (RAB, Radio Connects)
- Assist with advertiser inquiries and be a liaison with traffic and creative departments
- Collaborate with the team and help with organizing client events
- Other duties as assigned

**Essential Knowledge and Skills**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated

**Essential Requirements**:

- Amazing organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous sales support experience is an asset
- Great attitude and play well with others
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
