**Job Description for Office Admin/Receptionist**

**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an energetic Office Administrator to join our Edmonton office. In the role as an Office Administrator, you are part of a team that includes our Property Managers, Admin Staff and Principal.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate the telephone system answer and transfer incoming calls, take messages Greet guests and clients as they arrive
- Answer questions from tenants, accept rental payments, and assist in getting documentations completed and witnessing signatures
- Upload documents, invoices, and filing
- Provide general office administration support
- Assist in coordinating events for the Company
- Create, file and organize files and create electronic copies
- General office organization and maintain general cleanliness of the office area

**Key Qualifications Criteria and Experience Includes**:

- Enthusiastic, pleasant, friendly personality, ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs ahead of time are highly desirable qualities
- Some experience working in property management or real estate company is an asset
- A diploma or certificate in business administration or marketing will be considered an asset
- Experience in a Reception / Administrative Assistant or CSR role will be considered an asset
- Excellent telephone etiquette and effective oral communication skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to assist with other general admin duties within the office as a team player
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills; a pro-active problem solver

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
