**The Position**

The Inside Sales Representative/Administration support plays an integral role in achieving the company objectives by efficiently and effectively carrying out the order management process, maintaining current product knowledge and creating a positive relationship with existing and potential customers in the Northern Alberta market.

This position requires a highly organized individual with superior communication skills, experience with various computer programs and excellent interpersonal and team skills.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Enter sales orders ensuring pricing and account accuracy.
- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct after-sales customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with outside sales team supporting various sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Managers to continually learn more about product categories and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide administrative support to Branch Manager which includes processing invoices, reports, in-bound mail, etc.
- Provide other project and management support.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong skills in time management, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of **Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)**, preferably EPICOR
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite**
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
