Csr/office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) French speaking is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sudbury, ON P3C 4S2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
