Administrator with opportunity for it to develop into a primary position. Responsibilities include:

- Setting up and maintaining electronic project/proposal folders adhering to established standard procedures
- Electronic filing and management of all pertinent correspondence and documents
- Preparing proposals and other standard documents using library templates
- Revising library templates as needed
- Reviewing and compiling reports, including editing (i.e., correcting grammar, formatting, etc.) as needed
- Follow up with clients
- Updating project and proposal tracking databases
- Working with Engineers to improve the functionality of project and proposal tracking databases

General Administrative tasks may also involve assisting the Engineers, and other
Administrative staff as needed including, but not limited to:

- Reception - meet and greet clients, couriers, contractors
- Manage calls, prepare daily couriers
- Respond to general inquiries and information requests from clients, contractors and staff
- Provide support for administrative staff as required
- General office duties as required

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deliverable deadlines
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Practices excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills in

English. Other languages not required though may be an asset
- Must be poised, professional and thorough
- Have the ability to work under pressure and experience managing customer requests
