**Responsabilités**:

- Être responsable du processus d’arrivée et d’intégration des nouveaux employés
- Assurer le suivi des périodes de probations en lien avec les gestionnaires
- Participer au le processus de départ d’employés
- Participer aux processus d’immigration (permis de travail, processus de résidence permanente)
- Coordonner le processus de relocalisation des futurs employés
- Répondre aux questions des employés concernant les politiques internes ou les procédures ressources humaines
- Participer activement dans le processus d’évaluation de performance annuel (logistique, contact avec les gestionnaires et employés, recueil des commentaires)
- Participer à la définition et la communication des objectifs de formation en lien avec la stratégie de la compagnie
- Coordonner l’organisation logistique des formations internes et externes
- Concevoir et utiliser des outils d’évaluation de la formation pour mesurer les résultats pédagogiques et financiers
- Gérer la base de données contenant toutes les informations des employés et communiquer toutes modifications de données à l’équipe de Finance
- Préparer les contrats, les lettres de modification de contrats et les lettres d’emploi et rédiger tout autres types de lettres
- Gérer le processus de souscription aux assurances collectives
- Participer à divers projets en ressources humaines (rétention, marque employeur, francisation, communication avec les employés, etc.)
- Participer à la création et/ou la révision et l’implémentation de divers processus, politiques, procédures ressources humaines
- Participer activement aux réunions d’équipe et au partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou relations industrielles ou équivalent
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience jugée pertinente
- Solides compétences en planification et en organisation
- Minutie et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler dans le cadre d’une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Fortement motivé à créer de la valeur ajoutée au sein d’une organisation et à prendre des initiatives afin d’établir et atteindre des objectifs
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités avec des échéances différentes à la fois
- Maîtrise de Google Agenda, Google Documents, Excel et Word
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles (écrites et verbales)
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Expérience dans l’industrie de l’animation 3D/VFX et des logiciels utilisés (Maya, Nuke, ZBrush, etc.) (un atout)

- Responsible for the onboarding and integration process of new employees.
- Monitor and follow up on probationary periods in conjunction with the managers
- Participate in the employee departure process
- Participate in the immigration process (work permits, permanent residence process)
- Coordinate the relocation process of future employees
- Answer employees' questions in relation to internal policies or human resources procedures
- Actively participate in the annual performance evaluation process (logistics, contact with managers and employees, collection of comments)
- Participate in the definition and communication of training objectives in line with the company's strategy
- Coordinate the logístical organization of internal and external training
- Design and use training evaluation tools to measure the pedagogical and financial impacts
- Manage the database containing employee’s information and communicate any data changes to the Finance team
- Prepare contracts, amendment letters, employment letters as well as draft all other types of letters
- Manage the group insurance sign-up process
- Participate in various Human Resources projects (retention, employer branding, francization, communication with employees, etc.)
- Participate in the creation and/or revision and implementation of various human resources processes, policies and procedures
- Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Perform all other related tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Thoroughness and attent
