As an HR coordinator, be an integral part of supporting the HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing HR records and coordinating administrative tasks. If you're detailed oriented, organized and have a passion for contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, this is the role for you.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist with all internal HR related inquiries or requests from HRBP and Talent Acquisition
- Maintain employees' records
- Maintain/ update all PIP, Addendums and other employee related documents in the respective files and digitally
- Update dayforce for new hires, promotions, termination and salary changes
- Assist with request through our ASKPTC Mail box
- Assist with adhoc HR projects
- File and organize and maintain internal filling system
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering employee queries
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related
- 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator
- Effective HR administration skills
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
