We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter/HR Coordinator to join our team for a **10-month contract**. In this role the Recruiter/HR Coordinator will support and sustain internal HR initiatives and assist with the recruiting activities in collaboration with the department heads and managers. This is a **part-time** (15-20 hours per week) **flexible-hours** position.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the coordination of the full recruitment cycle activities involving job openings posting, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and performing reference checks
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with the development of job postings and job descriptions.
- Assist in job fairs and recruitment events at universities
- Participate in the onboarding process of new employees
- Provide general administrative support in human resources management
- Assist in event organization and teambuilding activities
- Other related tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
- At least 2 years of related recruiting and human resources experience
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Highly adaptable to changes in a fast-paced work environment
- Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with mínimal supervision
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communication skills (written & verbal)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

- Monday to Friday
