**Department Overview**

At HR Operations, a dynamic team ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing employee life-cycle activities in compliance with standard policies and legislation. By providing accurate day-to-day operational needs, we are looking for professionals who can ensure accuracy in processing requests and in a timely manner to minimize the impact to TD's greatest asset, its employees. As you take on more responsibility under the direction of Team Manager, you’ll be able to handle your day-to-day activities while delivering high-caliber results on a daily, weekly and monthly timeline.
- Process general to specialized human resource activities accurately in a timely fashion
- Ensure the compliance of Service Level Agreement(s), Customer Service Standards, Customer Experience Model and standardized documentation procedures in completing transactions and disseminating optimal employee and partner service
- Improve service delivery by finding improvement opportunities to maintain high service levels
- Assist the team in preparing accurate documents of routine operations that reflects client and business intentions Promote self-growth by handling own workload to meet specified requirements and participating in personal performance management and development activities
- Keep the necessary partners and team informed about project's progress while maintaining required information in the system timely and accurately
- Liaise with business partners, cross functional teams to resolve concerns by providing advice on processes and policies of HR programs, end-to-end processes and systems
- Build a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce by promoting team effectiveness, maintaining a positive attitude and continuously developing and improving knowledge of emerging industry trends and programs

**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree with over 1 year of relevant experience
- Business insight of performing well in highly complex tasks that may involve multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions
- A good listener and excellent thinker with proven verbal and written communications skills
- A high-energy Individual who can exercise initiatives with mínimal discretion and be thorough, accurate, and detail oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment through strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
