**What would your day hold?**
Administratively you would support our team by making travel arrangements, ensuring that meeting rooms are running with all equipment operational, collaborating with the social committee to help plan office social activities, and provide general office support as the need arises.
You would help to manage our office by maintaining the order, tidiness and cleanliness of boardrooms, and kitchen areas, organizing monthly company, maintaining, and ordering office and kitchen supplies, and logging in and setting up department meetings.
While providing reception and phone coverage you would greet and direct visitors, organize department meetings and arrange for in house lunches, and organize and schedule meetings.
**Does this describe you?**
- Familiar with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to organize multiple calendars and resources in Outlook.
- Keen attention to detail, especially when handling competing priorities.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
