Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in selling pre-owned vehicles at our Car Club locations. The Car Club has been in business more than twenty years. We deal with all the major banks and finance companies. We have a high level of expertise in non-prime and prime finance.

Key elements of this position will be: Building and negotiating sales transactions. Up-selling aftermarket products like extended warranty and insurances. Closing deals. Managing sales staff and lead/prospect funnel. Personally contacting leads, and customers when circumstances dictate. Opening and closing as needed.

You are expected to follow The Car Club processes and policies which are designed to maximize transactions and customer satisfaction.

You will have between 50 and 70 units on the ground at the location and full access to the complete inventory in all three locations.

Qualifications:
Two years dealership experience in management or as a top performer.

OMVIC Certification.

Building sales deals inside a DMS.

Strategy and negotiation.

Strong closer.

Ability to work inside Dealertrack.

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
