Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization. The Sales Manager plays a key role in the overall growth, culture, and success of the individual studio. This is a full-time position with variable hours.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- High self-directedness and process rigor to achieve daily production targets and overall studio KPIs through personal production and production achieve through the management of the sales team
- Motivate, develop, and lead a successful sales team
- Seek continuous improvement - both in member experience and studio operations
- Train, mentor, develop and manage Sales Associates on sales, marketing and prospecting;
- Build rapport with members and impart this skill upon the sales team
- Execute marketing, social media and outreach strategies to drive membership sales for the studio
- Hold yourself accountable for the overall performance of the studio and studio’s sales team
- Train, mentor, develop and manage your staff on sales, marketing and prospecting
- Take regular inventory of studio supplies and merchandise, and order proactively as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development as assigned
- Stay abreast daily of national and regional Orangetheory Fitness initiatives related to marketing, promotions, and studio operations
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum (2) years’ experience working in a Management role
- Passion for fitness and promoting health
- Strong sales background, preferable in the fitness industry
- Experience in growing and developing new business while retaining current clients
- Self-motivated and driven sales professional
- Relationship management - building and management of relationships
- Definitive and efficient decision-making abilities
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of hitting goals and meeting/exceeding expectations

**Compensation**
- $20-21/hr, plus commissions, plus performance bonuses, plus vacation pay
